The Rhumbix app isn’t working as expected, who should I contact?

First, double check to ensure you have the most up-to-date version of the app, we frequently release updates to our app. Second, contact your internal Rhumbix admin. If after updating the app and connecting internally you’re still having issues reach out to support, support@rhumbix.com.
